The whole Nazi slur thing is almost as tired as the race baiting from this fool. The very fact that Nancy Pelosi was the first one (that I knew of) to trot it out only made me more skeptical. Of course, Dick Durbin (D-IL) isn’t afraid to throw the word around when it serves him.

Recently, rather than admitting the fact that people are pissed off about the rape of American Pocketbooks and health care system, (a.k.a. Obamacare in its various and sundry forms) Democrat talking heads and mouth pieces have taken to calling these protesters Nazi’s.

Ed Morrissey at HotAir uncovered a video by Stephen Gutowski documenting the genesis of some of those well known, oft sighted conservative Nazi slingers.

Interesting. So the violent outbursts at Townhall meetings was started by pro-Obamacare SEIU thugs, and now those screaming Nazi are the ones in favor of Obama’s health-scare plan. That’s strange.

What’s interesting is how MSNBC failed to pick up on that. Maybe they didn’t so much “fail” to pick up on it as “choose” not to pick up on it. I can always count on Olby & Rachel Maddow for even, level headed

UPDATE – New revelations from Caleb Howe: The gentleman holding the now famous Adolf Obama sign is a supporter of John Dingell (D-MI) who thinks townhall meetings are like a Klan rally.

Why should the left and the MSM let a few inconvenient facts get in the way of communicating a greater “truth”?? Oh, I know, the right isn’t exactly composed of paragons of virtue. I’m sick of the lot of them. But the arrogance of the current Congress – aided and abetted by the most clueless president since Carter – is truly breathtaking. Read a bill before voting on it? Nonsense. Actually be answerable to one’s constituents? Perish the thought. Exercise a little fiscal discipline and learn to make the hard choices? You must be joking.

Unions have been proven to be largely corrupt, and we’ve gotten an earful (and eyeful) of their favorite tactics, most recently during the Card Check debacle, when people speaking out against it were literally threatened and intimated by union organizers. Why does their behavior surprise us now?

This whole ObamaCare debate is the ultimate example of the fruit coming out of the Entitled Generation – unions out of control, a media machine that reports selectively and with an agenda, and a Congress determined to expand government power and control by any means necessary, even if it means getting neighbors to tattle on one another. We’ve been down this road before – too bad we didn’t remember the hard lessons the first time around.

I’m going to ignore your attempt there to blame the Nazi language on the left and just agree with the part about it being tired and played out. I think it should be like the other N-word and it’s use should be considered some sort of hate crime. Bush was a Nazi for this and that, now Obama’s a Nazi and the Congress are Nazi’s. Blah Blah.

On a separate note. What do the Unions have to do with any of this? They have pretty good health care. I’m pro healthcare reform for a variety of reasons and didn’t even know the unions were on my side. Just because I don’t want medicare and and the healthcare freeloaders to bankrupt the country, How does that make me some fruit of the entitlement generation?

The Unions are Obama enforcers.

Well good, glad to have them on board. Didn’t even know we had “enforcers”. Now we have truth, logic, reason, and enforcers on our side. Looks like we might get this thing passed after all.
